Kate has over 20 years’ experience providing a full range of investment management, accounting, audit, financial and risk advisory and corporate finance services to both large private businesses and public companies in the family office, funds management, transport and retail industries.
Kate has worked with many listed and unlisted boards to enhance corporate governance practices and implement rigorous reporting and internal control frameworks. She has been a non-executive director of National Patient Transport and is a director of many large investment companies.
After starting a multi-family office business she is now the CEO of the Taverners Group and is currently a non-executive director of Melbourne Golf Park and a member of the Not-For-Profit organisation, Community Hubs Australia. Kate is a responsible manager of an Australian Financial Services Licence and an Australian Credit Licence.
Kate is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Management Programme at Insead Business School.
Jackie has over 20 years of experience in the full range of finance functions, she enjoys utilising her finance skills to influence operational and strategic decisions.
Prior to joining Taverners, Jackie garnered extensive international experience, having worked as a FP&A director for a London based private equity backed wealth manager with extensive M&A knowledge, she also worked at two of the Big 4 firms in London (Transaction services) and Melbourne (Audit). She is also a non-executive director of Melbourne Golf Park and Vault Payment Solutions.
Outside work, she contributes to the community as a board member of the Mac.Rob Foundation and Badminton Victoria. Jackie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Diploma of Japanese from Monash University.
Andrew has over 15 years of investment experience across the buy-side and sell-side. Andrew joined Taverners in 2019, with a focus on public markets.
Prior to Taverners, Andrew was a senior investment analyst at a Melbourne-based Hedge Fund for 2 years.
Previously, Andrew spent 8 years at Deutsche Bank as a Vice President in Equity Research, covering stocks in the Energy and Utilities sectors.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
Ryan has 10 years of experience in the property industry. He brings extensive expertise to his role, where he oversees the execution of new debt and equity investments across various sectors such as industrial, retail, hotel, residential, and other opportunistic ventures. With a history in investment analysis and valuation at Quintessential and Savills, Ryan plays a pivotal role in guiding the team through the intricacies of the property investment landscape.
Besides deal closure, Ryan is also actively involved in asset management, leveraging his experience to optimise portfolio performance and mitigate risks effectively.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Property from National University of Singapore and Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School.
